Website Terms of Use
Effective July 12, 2026. These terms apply to the public Duxor website preview.
This is a general website terms draft, not a substitute for legal advice. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use. Commercial product terms, subscriptions, data processing, service levels, and customer obligations will require separate agreements.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using the Duxor website, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Product preview and availability
Duxor is in active development. Website descriptions, interface examples, workflows, features, integrations, timelines, packaging, pricing, availability, and product plans are illustrative and may change. They do not create a binding commitment to deliver a feature, release, integration, price, or date.
Illustrative dashboard data, company names, people, projects, addresses, and scenarios shown on the website are fictional or demonstrative unless expressly identified otherwise.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful business evaluation, product research, and communication with Duxor. You may not:
- Attempt to interfere with, damage, overload, or compromise the website.
- Use automated means to extract content at a rate or in a manner that disrupts the website.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
- Use the website to transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or non-public functions.
Intellectual property and feedback
The website, Duxor name, branding, interface concepts, text, graphics, product descriptions, and other content are owned by or licensed to Duxor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for normal website use, no rights are granted without written permission.
If you voluntarily provide product feedback, suggestions, workflow ideas, or feature requests, you allow Duxor to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, while respecting any separate confidentiality agreement that applies.
Third-party services and links
The website may refer to third-party products, integrations, vendors, or websites. Those references do not guarantee availability, compatibility, endorsement, or a continuing relationship. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Duxor does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a specific operational, financial, legal, safety, payroll, accounting, regulatory, or contractual purpose.
Website content is not legal, accounting, tax, safety, employment, or professional advice. You remain responsible for business decisions, project obligations, employment practices, safety requirements, customer commitments, and compliance with applicable laws and contracts.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duxor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the public website. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or update these terms. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing terms
These website terms do not replace a signed agreement between Duxor and a customer, design partner, vendor, or other party. A signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
