Planned launch pricing

One company price. Everyone connected.

Duxor is built around shared awareness, so we do not want pricing to become the reason a GC leaves people outside the system. GC plans include unlimited office, field, customer, subcontractor, and vendor users. S, M, L, and XL describe the typical operating scale of the company, not a seat limit.

No seat tax on communication.

Invite the whole company. Bring in the field. Include the customer. Connect every subcontractor and vendor who affects the work.

Choose by operating scale.

Plan fit is based on company size, active work, operating complexity, integrations, and service needs. It is finalized during onboarding, not enforced by counting logins.

For trades and subcontractors

Duxor Connect

Participating in a GC's Duxor project should be easy. Connect is the optional company workspace for trade partners who want one view across the GCs, projects, crews, and assignments they work with.

Connect

For subcontractors, specialty trades, vendors, and small field teams

$199/ company / month

Billed month to month

Talk about Connect

Stay connected without buying the full GC operating system.

  • One company view across shared Duxor projects
  • Schedules, assignments, and acknowledgement
  • Project, crew, and direct communication
  • Plans, documents, photos, and field updates
  • Tasks, punch items, checklists, and forms
  • Crew availability and basic coordination
  • Mobile access and basic voice capture
  • Shared activity history and notifications

Important: A subcontractor invited into a GC's project does not need to buy Connect. Access inside that GC's workspace is included. Connect is for a trade company that wants its own cross-project operating view.

What changes by plan

Connection is universal. Depth and scale expand.

Duxor does not reserve communication, field participation, or the core live operating experience for the largest customers. Higher plans add operational depth, controls, capacity, integrations, and service.

Limited founding program

Help shape the product you wish already existed.

We are selecting a small group of design partners who are willing to use real workflows, share failure stories, test early releases, and give direct feedback.

Founding partners receive high-touch onboarding, direct product influence, broad early access, and preferred pricing tied to the scope of the pilot.

"The most valuable requirement is not 'add group chat.' It is the exact story of when communication failed, what information was missing, and what should have happened next."

Questions

What contractors usually ask first.

Why not charge per user?

Because the value of Duxor rises when everyone who affects the work is connected. A per-seat model can encourage owners to leave field workers, customers, or trade partners outside the system, which weakens communication and live awareness.

Are the S, M, L, and XL ranges hard limits?

No. They show the typical company fit. We look at total operating scale, active work, complexity, branches, integrations, usage, and service needs. We do not shut off users because a company crossed an arbitrary seat count.

Do subcontractors have to pay to participate?

No. People invited into a GC's Duxor workspace are included. The $199 Connect plan is an optional company workspace for a trade partner that wants one cross-project view across multiple customers and jobs.

Can we start with one team or a few projects?

Yes. We expect the best rollout to begin with the owner, one project manager, one superintendent, and one crew across two or three active jobs, then expand as the workflow proves itself.

Does Duxor replace QuickBooks?

No. Duxor is intended to manage operational financial workflows and job profitability, then integrate with accounting. It is not planned as a full general ledger.

Does voice execute anything automatically?

Routine internal actions can be streamlined. Financial, contractual, external, destructive, and high-impact actions should require review or confirmation.

Tell us how your company actually operates.

We will look at company scale, active work, teams, current software, integrations, and the problems that consume the most management time, then recommend the right fit without turning access into a seat-count exercise.
